"Hooking Up Smart"

Yesterday, Susan Walsh, of the blog "HookingUpSmart" wrote a very nice comment about my post on hooking up, entitled: "Feminists Gone Wild."

In it she kindly directed us to her blog, which, as I read through it, is a wonderful resource about the cultural debate over the value of hooking up and casual sex. As you will see, Walsh follows the debate more closely and more comprehensively than I do and offers some excellent perspective. Also, being the mother of a college aged daughter, she reflects a point of view that is pretty much universally shared by the parents of teenage girls.
